Our Story: Unleashing Success

Every company has a story. A beginning. A once upon a time. ETE began as a solopreneurship in 2020 to assist higher education institutions with short-term strategies to complete projects and long-term goals. As the pandemic changed the business world, ETE also morphed into a remote company and expanded its scope to include, alongside higher education, small businesses and non-profit organizations. In 2021, President/CEO Jackie Peña was joined by two additional full-time employees to form the core team who work alongside an amazing team of contractors.

Our primary purpose has remained consistent, and we are pleased to continue assisting higher education, businesses, and non-profit organizations in starting, promoting, or growing and ultimately meeting their goals. Our multi-creative team is known for custom-tailoring strategies and infusing coaching and mentoring in the process to ensure long-term success. 

We meet our clients wherever they are in their journey, whether it is:

She has high standards in what she says and does, and uses all her experiences to help others succeed. She is a woman of faith, thinks creatively, enjoys problem solving, loves challenges and believes in the magic of ubuntu. While taking her education and experience into real practice, she launched her own R&B brand platform in 2020. She continues to nurture and build her skills in content creation, email marketing, copywriting, graphics and more.

    Hunter Stamas is a self-taught musician, who sings and plays the guitar, harmonica, piano and bass. She started her band after high school and continues to share her music with others. She is an avid advocate for mental health/wellness and loves to share what she learns with others along the journey. Currently, she enjoys working on podcasting, web development and assisting with social and professional development events. She loves learning and being a part of a team that puts others at the forefront of their services.

One of my goals is to visit all 50 states, and I have completed over 50% of this goal.
I love writing and podcasting. Empowering others is my passion, and these hobbies offer another way to help others for free.
I love that the core of ETE’s mission is empowering others and every service offered through the company empowers other people, institutions, and companies to succeed. That mission is the driving factor of our organization’s culture as well, focusing on the growth and development all team member so that they are empowered to live their best lives possible.

Francesca is a writer and a businesswoman! She has published two stories, has one on its publishing way, and has some books in the oven, ready to find a literary agent. She loves to be involved in any creative process because she firmly believes that anything can be possible if you just find the right way to make it happen. She is in love with life and always puts her soul into everything she does, her magical touch, as she would call it. Francesca owns a lasagne business that holds her father’s Italian recipe and is growing a project where she will write personalized stories for kids and their ongoing situations and conflicts. She believes in God, she believes in love, she believes in humanity and she is able to see the good around her before she pays any attention to the rest. To her, life is mostly about making a reality of the things that will someday make you smile.
I could spend my entire life in Disney World!! Really! I would happily move to Main Street!
I love traditions! I love to celebrate Halloween and Christmas! I love listening to Elvis Presley and imagining I was alive in the 50’s! I love to watch movies and read! I love nice hotels and great restaurants!
First of all, I really love to be able to support Jackie’s ideas and projects. Why? Because she is a powerful woman with an incredible mind and a big heart!
