Our webinars specialize in topics that drive institutional and organizational growth, including culture in the workplace, belongingness, and strategic planning. Whether in person or online, each session provides practical tools and research-based strategies that can be immediately applied in classrooms and at the administrative level.
Full Day Symposia For Your Teams
Our customized symposia and workshops lead teams through collaborative learning experiences supported by personalized ETE resources and facilitated by our Founder and CEO, Jackie Peña. You’ll leave with clear goals, an actionable plan, and a framework to stay accountable.
Professional Learning Communities
Our PLCs bring together faculty and/or administrators to brainstorm ideas, share best practices, and ultimately design solutions that enhance teaching and learning. ETE has facilitated PLCs focused on promoting undergraduate research, course redesign, civic engagement, and initiatives that promote the arts as a pathway to student engagement and success.
Professional Immersions
Grounded in research frameworks such as Funds of Knowledge and Zone of Proximal Development, our immersion programs provide educators with firsthand cultural and contextual experiences that deepen their understanding of their students. Participants return with mentorship plans, course redesign projects, and actionable strategies that enrich their classrooms and learning communities.
