Professional Learning Communities
Our PLCs bring together faculty and/or administrators to brainstorm ideas, share best practices, and ultimately design solutions that enhance teaching and learning. ETE has facilitated PLCs focused on promoting undergraduate research, course redesign, civic engagement, and initiatives that promote the arts as a pathway to student engagement and success.
Professional Immersions
Grounded in research frameworks such as Funds of Knowledge and Zone of Proximal Development, our immersion programs provide educators with firsthand cultural and contextual experiences that deepen their understanding of their students.
