Grant Writing

We write exceptional grant proposals tailored to your institution’s mission, priorities, and funding opportunities. Using the most relevant data in the field, we bring years of experience to crafting compelling proposals, paired with personalized implementation strategies and clear, evidence- based reasoning.
Our expertise spans grants at every level with a specialty in federal funding and a proven record of securing multimillion-dollar awards. Beyond writing, we conduct the research needed to identify opportunities and strengthen your case, while also partnering with you to develop strong narratives, budgets, and evaluation plans that meet funder requirements and position your institution for long- term success.
At ETE, our goal is not only to help you secure funding but also to ensure that every proposal strengthens your ability to deliver meaningful results for your students and community.

Grant Evaluation

At ETE, we see evaluation as more than compliance. It’s a tool for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. Our evaluation work not only meets funder requirements, but also provides clients with a deeper understanding of what works, what needs adjustment, and how to scale successful practices.

We provide unbiased, external evaluation services that meet your grant funder’s requirements. To date, our  team has evaluated more than $25 million in grants,
delivering data-driven insights that strengthen
accountability and support both short- and long-term
projects.

All our team members working on grant evaluation projects hold graduate degrees, current certifications in protecting human subjects, and expertise in
quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.

Student Success Programs

We develop and implement student success programs that increase retention, foster belonging, and prepare students for success in higher education and beyond.
We partner with institutions to design initiatives based on best practices and implement student success programs for colleges and universities whenever institutions do not have the adequate internal staffing . Our approach includes training institutional leaders and staff to run programs independently in a sustainable manner, ensuring they continue without outside support.

Our experience includes creating cultural exchanges for students who may not have study abroad opportunities, strengthening undergraduate research in the humanities, delivering boot camps in foundational areas such as reading, writing, math, and chemistry, and implementing internship programs that expand career pathways at the college level.

Self-Studies

We partner with your team to clearly define the scope and goals of each self-study, whether for regional accreditation, internal review, or a national designation.
Our team supports your institution at every stage of the process, from planning to final submission. Our experience includes self studies for continuous improvement of programs and departments and for regional and national accreditation. Our experience also includes guiding successful self-studies for national designations such as the Carnegie Classification and the Seal of Excelencia.

We evaluate programs, partnerships, and institutional practices by analyzing existing data and assisting in gathering new data. Throughout the process, we take the lead in engaging all relevant departments to ensure the self-study is comprehensive, collaborative, and positions your institution for success.

Research

Whether you are developing a new program, strengthening a grant application, preparing a publication or presentation, or seeking to measure the outcomes of an existing program or initiative, we tailor our research to meet your goals.
We conduct quantitative, qualitative, and mixed- methods research to evaluate your institution’s programs, practices, and emerging needs. Our approach is designed to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making, strengthen institutional effectiveness, and support long-term planning.

We deliver in-depth analysis and provide evidence- based recommendations grounded in current best practices across higher education and K–12 contexts.
